Jainarain Kissoon – President and Chief Executive Officer, Director and Shareholder
Mr. Kissoon is a 2001 graduate of the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota where he majored in Finance and Entrepreneurship, and minored in Philosophy. He has worked for years in sales and marketing. He also has years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping. His responsibilities include the day-to-day management of the company, marketing, and developing partnerships and affiliations.

Lawrence Patterson – Chief Technical Officer, Director and Shareholder
Mr. Patterson also serves as the Chief Technical Officer at Minneapolis-based datacenter company Atomic Data Centers. He has over ten years of experience in computer network architecture design and implementation consulting. He also has substantial experience in sales and customer support. Larry’s responsibilities include overseeing site security, maintaining the servers and their Internet connectivity, evaluating our technical needs and providing both direct and indirect technical support.

Bryan Altman – Chief Operating Officer, Corporate Secretary, and Shareholder
Mr. Altman graduated from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota in December of 2000 with a major in Finance. After graduation, Bryan worked for Wells Fargo as a Senior Banking Officer before joining Avirat in 2003. He is responsible for managing the website’s daily affairs, attending and scheduling conferences and presentations, and marketing and sales development.

Sean Schmidt – Lead Application Developer
Sean has an extensive background in software development and integration. He is the very senior level developer we have needed to better steer the direction of the code production for the website. Sean has played an integral role in design the future structure of the website.

Mitchell Findley – Customer Support and Sales
Mitch has a long history or working with customers directly through both support and sales departments. Mitch is responsible for all of the daily customer interactions. Mitch handles the setup and maintenance of users as well as providing support to the professional users.

Teri Vang – Administrative and Legal Assistant
Teri has been with the company for over 4 years now. Teri is essential part of the OurFamilyWizard team. She is responsible for much of the day-to-day activities like bookkeeping, preparing materials and other various tasks.

Kathleen Kissoon – Founder and Director
Kathleen Kissoon has over twenty years of Family Law experience. She is the founder of a highly respected law firm in Minnesota, which limits its practice to family law. She has served as a settlement conference referee, is a frequent lecturer for continuing legal education programs, and is an author of the “The Practitioner’s Guide to an Effective Family Law Practice”. She has considerable experience with business operations through her own business ventures. Her responsibilities include general oversight and planning, providing ideas, data, and contacts to further our business plan, assisting with marketing to professionals, general financial planning and maintaining

Deonarine Kissoon – Founder
Deonarine Kissoon is a retired engineer. He worked at Control Data as a principal engineer for approximately twenty years. He is very experienced in project management and development.

Paul Volker – Founder
Paul Volker is the originator of the site’s concept. He is a former airline mechanic and an entrepreneur. Paul was instrumental in getting the site off the ground.

Dara Wegner-Volker – Founder
Dara Wegner-Volker is a former flight attendant with Northwest Airlines. Currently, she runs her own home staging business, www.msphomestaging.com. She is responsible for much of the concept development of the site. She has considerable experience with customer relations.
