Co-parenting apps automatically document your communication with your co-parent—that’s one of their biggest benefits. And OurFamilyWizard’s documentation is more detailed than TalkingParents’. But most importantly, what good is documentation if you can’t access it?  

All OurFamilyWizard users can download organized PDFs at any time, without paying an extra fee. On the TalkingParents free plan, if you need your records twice, you’re paying nearly a hundred dollars.  

No access options for professionals 

With permission, pros can view activity and download documentation 

If your attorney can go into your account and get the documentation they need, it can save you both time. Therapists, custody evaluators, mediators, GALs, and parenting coordinators can have Professional Access accounts, too. When everyone’s on the same page, it’s easier to work together and protect your child’s best interests.  

TalkingParents doesn’t offer this type of account. Your professional would need to ask you for documentation. If you’re on the free plan, that means paying $49.99 to access your documentation 24 hours.
